I just want to make sure that you are 100% comfortable in choosing me as your photographer, so don’t be afraid to ask any questions that you have.  I try to be 100% transparent with my clients and would much prefer you ask questions than stay in the dark.

How do I book?

To book a session with me, all you have to do is complete the contact form or email me to set up your phone consult. We’ll go over all the details and questions you have regarding your session, including pricing. Every session is tailored for you, so once you are ready to book your experience I can take your booking fee over the phone or you can pay by invoice. Once you have paid & signed the contract you’re on the calendar, woohoo!

How far in advance should I have my session?

I suggest having your session at least 4 weeks before you need your products in hand.  I generally am booking 3-6 weeks in advance & book sessions as far out as 9 months.

Is the booking fee applied to my order?

Nope, the booking fee is separate from your product order.
Your booking fee covers all your prep information, the shoot time with me, as well as your viewing and ordering appointment. All prints and products are sold separately at your viewing & reveal appointment which will take place about 2 weeks after you session!

What is the viewing and ordering appointment?

Your viewing & reveal appointment, or viewing and ordering appointment, takes place 10-15 days after you have your session. You’ll come in to view your images for the first time and choose the products that are right for you. We’ll go through a slideshow together and then go through them one-by-one to pick your favorites. There are certainly ways to get them all but many do narrow them down into an album or custom collection.
Every session is so different and every client is doing this for a different reason so the reveal appointment is tailored for you and your needs, prices vary.

What is the turn around time to get my products?

Once your products are paid in full it takes about 14 business days to get your custom products in from the professional print lab(s).

Do you sell digital files?

I do! It’s a great way to get ALL your images without having to narrow any of them down.

I have no idea how to pose. Can you help with that?

Absolutely! I don’t expect you to walk off the runway and know what to do. I don’t photograph models. I just photograph everyday people like you! As long as you can follow simple directions, you can do this. Every photo you see was posed and directed by me so don’t worry, I got you!

What do I wear?

This is a great question! I can certainly help you plan wardrobe for your session.  We can work together & even have a fitting appointment prior to your session!

What is your rescheduling/cancellation policy?

You are allowed ONE complimentary rescheduling – you need to give me at least 48 hours notice. I understand things come up/happen where you need to move your original date. If you need to reschedule for a second time you’ll just need to pay another full booking fee to choose a new date on the calendar. You can refer to your contract regarding this.

Do I have to share my images online?

Heck no. I never make you do something you’re not comfortable with!  My contract does include a model release because sharing images is how I show my work to other potential clients.  However, if you wish to keep your session private we can make arrangements to do so.
